2. Eligibility

  • The App is intended for users 8 years and above.
  • Users below 18 years should use the App under parental or guardian supervision.
  • By using the App, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into this agreement.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or tamper with the App
  • Provide accurate information during registration and payment

4. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Palana Neurosync offers paid subscription plans of varying durations.
  • All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
  • Subscription fees are non-transferable and non-refundable, unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Prices may change at the Company's discretion, with prior notice where applicable.

All content within the App—including but not limited to:

  • Audio soundtracks
  • Programs and methodologies
  • App design, logos, text, and visuals

are the exclusive intellectual property of Palana Wellness Providers Pvt. Ltd. and are protected under copyright and applicable laws.

Unauthorized copying, distribution, recording, or misuse of soundtracks or content is strictly prohibited and may invite legal action.

6. User Content & Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or testimonials shared with us may be used by the Company for improvement, marketing, or communication purposes without additional compensation.

7. Disclaimer
